PRAYER FAMILIES

CHAPEL OFFERINGS FOR MARCH
Our Chapel offerings during the month of March will go to pay for the St. Paul’s radio broadcast over KWBE which will be sponsored by the students in honor of National Lutheran Schools Week. We have collected $74.73 so far this month. The radio broadcast costs $104.
KINDERGARTEN INFORMATION MEETING & OPEN HOUSE
Did you miss our Open House or know someone who is curious about our Kindergarten for next year? The St. Paul’s Kindergarten Open House information is now available online at http://school.stpaulbeatrice.org/.
SPRING MAP TESTING
The students in Kindergarten through 5th Grade will be taking MAP Tests March 20th-March 31st. Please be sure your children are well rested and have had a good breakfast each day so they will be able to do their best on the tests.
MENU CHANGE
Wednesday, March 29th: Pig in a Blanket. The menu has been changed back to Pig in a Blanket. Sorry for the confusion!
UPCOMING FIELD TRIPS
Thursday, March 30th: 1st Grade field trip to the Hospital, 4th Grade to the Capitol and the Nebraska History Museum.
Friday, March 31st: 2nd Grade monthly visit to Mosaic.
APRIL CALENDAR
The April Calendar is coming home with your child today with the lunch menu on the reverse side. Please keep it for future reference.
SPELLING BEE
The annual St. Paul Spelling Bee will be held on Monday, April 10th at 7:00 p.m. The event will include any and all St. Paul students from grades 1-5 who wish to participate.
PARENT SURVEY
This year the annual Parent Survey is found online at Survey Monkey. The link is: https://www.surveymonkey.com//r/33FDXN6. You can also find the link on the school website, and it was emailed to each family. You may notice that there is a duplicate question for teachers, this allows you to complete that information for each of your children. If you only have one student, just skip over the extra teacher questions. Please complete the survey by Wednesday, April 12th.
EASTER BREAK
There will be NO SCHOOL for all children in grades Preschool through 5th on Thursday, April 13th through Monday, April 17th for Easter Break. School resumes on Tuesday, April 18th.
SCRIP CARDS
Need gift cards? Order them through our St. Paul’s Lutheran School “Scrip Card” program and our school automatically gets money in return at no extra cost to you! Order forms are located in the narthex, church office, school office, and on the school’s website. Orders will be placed this week. Order forms can be turned in to the church or school office.
2017-2018 APPLICATIONS
We are in the process of accepting applications for new students in Pre-School, Pre- Kindergarten, and Kindergarten through Grade 5 for the next school year (2017-2018). If you know of anyone interested in enrolling in St. Paul’s School, please give their name to the school office or ask them to contact the school.
SUNMART RECEIPTS
SunMart cash register receipts update: Our total is $84,218.22. Thanks to everyone who helps us collect these receipts, every receipt helps.
