ROTARY FIELD DAY
The Rotary Field Day for Grades 3-5 will be held this Thursday, May 4th. Grade 3 will be in the morning from 9:15-11:15 a.m. Grades 4 and 5 will start at 12:00 noon. It was rescheduled from last week.

5th GRADE BAND

ST. PAUL’S FIELD DAY
The St. Paul’s Field Day will be held on Friday, May 5th for Grades K-5. We will begin at 10:00 a.m. We will take a break for lunch approximately 12:00 noon. No hot lunches will be ordered that day so all students in Grades K-5 will have to bring a sack lunch or purchase lunch from the PTL concession stand. We hope to end the Field Day by 2:30 p.m. We will need more parents to help this year. Any parents willing to help run events, please contact the school office.

FIELD DAY CONCESSIONS
The Concessions Committee is still in need of workers for all shifts on Friday. The shifts are 8:30-10:00 a.m., 10:00-11:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., and 1:00 p.m. to close. Please contact Toree Lang at 402-239-4040 if you can help. Also, if you can donate coolers for the concession stand, please bring them on Thursday or Friday. All concession stand items need to be brought in by Thursday afternoon. Thanks for all your help!

ST. PAUL’S FIELD DAY DISMISSAL
Since Friday, May 5th is a school day, we ask that all students in Grades K-5 remain at Field Day until it is over. They will then return to their classrooms for dismissal and to receive their participation ribbon. Parents may then pick up their children. (If alternate transportation arrangements have been made please tell your child’s teacher.) Following this procedure will make it possible for us to account for each student.

LIBRARY CHECKOUT
The last library checkout day will be Monday, May 8th. All library books, magazines, and DVDs must be returned by Monday, May 15th. Parents, please check at home to see if your child has any of these that will need to be returned.

DVD DONATION
Cleaning out DVDs your kids don’t watch anymore? St. Paul’s library would be glad to accept any G or PG rated DVDs in good used condition for our school library. Thanks in advance for your donation.

END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR CELEBRATION
