May 15th Newsletter

May 15, 2017

What a blessed year we have had at St. Paul’s! Thank you to our dedicated staff, wonderful students, and supportive parents for helping make the 2016-2017 school year a success! We say “Thank You” to those members of our school staff that make our school run so smoothly: Chauntaine Kidder, our secretary; Iris Hintz and Shannon Burgess, our teacher’s assistants; Jane Oeltjen, who serves our meals; and Thad Loomis, our custodian.

The group of people we have that volunteer their time and talents is so large that we cannot mention them all. We do thank each of you for those many hours you give to our school. Have a blessed summer and enjoy your children!

DONATE BACKPACK
The LYF is asking you to share the love and your used backpack from this past school year. The Nebraska District 2017 Youth Gathering will be in Omaha on November 17-19th. At that gathering, one of the servant events planned is to assemble backpacks with school supplies to be shipped to needy students near and far. They are seeking new and used backpacks to use for this event.

Many students get a new backpack each year, even though theirs is not worn out. WOULD YOU PLEASE CONSIDER DONATING YOUR BACKPACK FROM THIS YEAR TO A NEEDY STUDENT? YOU COULD ALSO PURCHASE A NEW ONE AND DONATE IT IF YOU SO DESIRE. There will be a collection box for them. Thank you so much for sharing!
