I was raised on a farm outside of Bremen, Kansas by my parents, Douglas and Karen Rengstorf. I attended Bremen Lutheran School, Marysville High School, and Concordia University in Seward. In 2001 I completed my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education with an Early Childhood Concentration and accepted my first call as the Preschool director at St. Paul’s in Haven, Kansas. I taught there for 4 years, then moved to Linn Lutheran School to teach 1st and 2nd grades. I have been at Linn Lutheran for 8 years, three in 1st and 2nd grades and five as the Preschool director. In August of 2012 I completed my Master’s degree in Administration at Concordia University. I have been the principal and afternoon 5th grade teacher at St. Paul’s since 2013.
I married my husband Mike in June of 2002, and we have two children, Andrew and Olivia. My husband is currently joining the family farm operation near Herkimer, Kansas. Our family is excited to be a part of your church and school community.
