PRAYER FAMILIES

CHAPEL OFFERINGS FOR MARCH
The offerings for the month of March will go to pay for the St. Paul’s radio broadcast over KWBE which will be sponsored by students in honor of National Lutheran Schools Week. In February we collected $145.19 for Helping Hands Eastern European Ministries, Our Hearts for Jesus project.
LENTEN WORSHIP
As we prepare for Easter. Lenten weekly worship services are held every week. St Paul’s has a 10:30 a.m. worship service and 6:30 p.m. service each Wednesday until Holy week. Lenten Meals are served each week with a 5 p.m. start in the church basement.
MARCH CALENDAR
The March calendar and lunch menu came home last week. Please keep it for future reference during the month of March.
NATIONAL LUTHERAN SCHOOLS WEEK
NLSW will be celebrated this week, March 4th-March 8th. The dress up days are:
Tuesday: PreS-5 Wacky Hair/Hat/Sock Day
Wednesday: K-5 Rainbow Day (Class Colors)
Thursday: PreS-5 “Alliteration Day”
Friday: K-5 “School Spirit Day”/PreK “Wacky Hair/Hat/Sock Day”

March Dine Out on the 20th , all day event proceeds go to St Paul’s PTL $1 per Mega Tea Sold.
NO SCHOOL
There will be no school for all grades, Preschool – 5th grade, the week of March 11th-15th for Spring Break.
GRANDPARENT’S DAY
We invite all parents, grandparents, and family friends to mark your calendars now for a special Grandparent’s Day Celebration! On Friday, March 8th in the school gymnasium, beginning at 10:00am, we will celebrate our school and our families with songs, skits, and a variety of entertainment by our K-5th grade students.
COOKIES FOR GRANDPARENT’S DAY
If your last name begins with A-L (grades K-5) please provide one dozen cookies for our guests on Grandparent’s Day. You may send the cookies on Friday, March 8th.

Friday, April 26th will be our PTL Wine-Tasting Date. Please mark your calendars now and plan to volunteer and enjoy our biggest school fundraiser event! ST. PAUL’S YOUTH TRIVIA NIGHT
Saturday, March 23rd will be St. Paul’s Youth Group Trivia Night at 4 Generations Barn. The cost is $120 for a team of 4-6 people. Appetizers, trivia, and fun will be provided! To sign up your team, please contact Mrs. Long or Mrs. Duever.
KINDERGARTEN OPEN HOUSE & INFORMATION MEETING
St. Paul’s Kindergarten Open House and Parent Meeting will be held Thursday, March 21st from 6:30-7:30p.m. Any families with a prospective Kindergarten student are encouraged to attend and find out more information about our program. Bring your child along to experience the Kindergarten class while you discuss the Kindergarten schedule and curriculum with Mrs. Eisele, our Kindergarten teacher.
3rd QUARTER
Friday, March 8th will be the end of the 3rd quarter. Report cards will come home with students in grades K-5 on March 18th.
2024-2025 APPLICATIONS
We are in the process of accepting applications for new students in Pre-School, Pre-Kindergarten, and Kindergarten through 5th Grade for the next school year (2024-2025)

Russ’s Market cash register receipts update: Our current total $319,439.81. Other items you can collect to support or school: Box Tops for Education (must be submitted electronically); Best Choice, Our Family Labels and Tyson A+ Labels. All these collections can be submitted to the school office, and we thank you for helping to support our school!
